One of the most successful ‘Idol’ alums ever performed his Max Martin-produced, club-ready single “Ghost Town”, off his upcoming “The Original High” album, on “The Ellen Show” yesterday afternoon.
Adam and his band wore all-white outfits, Adam’s hair was on point, his vocals too, his body movements were in sync with the deep-house beat, and that fog on the floor was perfect for the mysterious vibe of the song. Was this a perfect performance of “Ghost Town” then? Well, although I really liked it, I felt like there were back-up dancers missing. Yeah. Adam should add at least a couple for the next TV performance. They would add an extra layer of awesomeness and visual engagement. Plus, that beat just calls for heavy dancing.
