2015 Radio Disney Music Awards - The Performances (Videos)
The 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards aired on Sunday night (April 26) on the Disney channel but it wasn’t live, as the whole show was taped a day before at the Nokia Theater L.A Live – Why is Disney so against a ‘live’ spectacle? Who knows! Perhaps they prefer to tape in case any requires-censoring thing takes place.
At this year’s ceremony, performers included; Nick Jonas, Fifth Harmony, Natalie La Rose, Tori Kelly, Becky G or Shawn Mendes.
Amsterdam’s Natalie La Rose toned it down for her performance of “Somebody”, girl group Fifth Harmony shook their ‘tushies’ to “Worth It”, Nick Jonas performed a medley of “Chains” and “Jealous”, Tori Kelly delivered an acoustic rendition of “Nobody Love”, Becky G performed new single “Loving So Hard” and ‘oldie’ “Shower” (like WTF?! Why this song again?), and Shawn Mendes sang “Something Big”, off his full-length debut album “Handwritten”.
My favorite performance of the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards? By far Tori Kelly’s. Her stripped-down performance of “Nobody Love” slaaaaayed so much.
