The 2012 BET Awards took place on Sunday night (July 1) at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles...Watch videos below! The Samuel L Jackson-hosted event - which saw rapper Big Sean winning 'Best New Artist' and Watch The Throne's Jay-Z and Kanye West accept the award for 'Video of the Year' for 'Otis' - features live performances by the likes of: Nicki Minaj, Riss Ross, Usher, Chris Brown and there was too an very emotional 'Whitney Houston' tribute. One of the best BET awards in long time!
